It is common for young people, and their parents, to be unsure about what lies ahead once school is over. Many don’t know what they want ‘to be’, what skills they will need, what further study they should take, and how they will fit into the competitive and complex world of work. Decisions are often made with limited information and lots of uncertainty. We want to change that.

GHF Career Coaching recognise that the key to overcoming doubts and challenges is to replace them with knowledge and confidence. Research tells us that if young people are to thrive in the world of work they need access to evidence-based career information about where the jobs will be, how to find them, and what they can do now to develop the skills required to secure employment and contribute to the workplace of the future.
